Withdrawals can be initiated directly on your account area. Simply follow the processes below to pull out your funds anytime. The minimum amount you can withdraw is $74 and $100,000 max at a time.

• Select a convenient withdrawal method.
• Request OTP. (a one time password will be sent to your registered email address)
• Enter a withdrawal amount
• Enter the otp sent to your email address
• Enter a crypto address you wish to withdraw into.
• Click on the complete request button

Once a withdrawal request has been initiated, you have to wait until your withdrawal is fully processed into your crypto wallet.

Please note that withdrawal usually take 12hrs max to be fully processed.
